Account & Data Deletion Request

You can request the permanent deletion of your WingScope account and associated data at any time. These steps apply whether you signed in with Google or used the app in Guest mode.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Enter the subject line: Delete My WingScope Account
  3. In the email message, include either your Google Sign-In email address or the 10-character Device ID displayed in the WingScope Settings tab.

Data Permanently Deleted Within 7 Days

Within 7 days of receiving your request, the following records are permanently removed from Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore:

  • Account Profile: Your linked Google account profile information (name, email address, profile photo URL) or anonymous Device ID.
  • Acoustic Scanner Logs: All personal mosquito frequency scan logs linked to your account or Device ID.
  • Community Case Reports: All user-submitted Dengue or Measles case reports associated with your account or Device ID.

Public Surveillance Statistics

Aggregated, anonymized public health statistics compiled from official Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) daily press releases (https://dghs.gov.bd) contain no personal user data and remain unaffected.

অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার উইংস্কোপ (WingScope) অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। গুগল সাইন-ইন (Google Sign-In) এবং গেস্ট মোড (Guest Mode) উভয় ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্যই এই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য।

অনুরোধ জানানোর ধাপসমূহ

  1. [email protected] ঠিকানায় একটি ইমেইল পাঠান।
  2. ইমেইলের সাবজেক্টে লিখুন: Delete My WingScope Account
  3. ইমেইলের ভেতরে আপনার Google Sign-In ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস অথবা অ্যাপের Settings (সেটিংস) ট্যাবে থাকা ১০-অক্ষরের Device ID উল্লেখ করুন।

যেসব তথ্য ৭ দিনের মধ্যে স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হবে

আপনার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে গুগল ফায়ারবেস (Firebase Authentication ও Cloud Firestore) থেকে নিচের তথ্যগুলো স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হবে:

  • অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রোফাইল: আপনার গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, ইমেইল, প্রোফাইল ছবির লিংক অথবা অ্যানোনিমাস ডিভাইস আইডি।
  • অ্যাকোস্টিক স্ক্যানার লগ: আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা ডিভাইস আইডির সাথে যুক্ত সকল মশা স্ক্যান করার লগ।
  • কমিউনিটি কেস রিপোর্ট: আপনার জমা দেওয়া ডেঙ্গু বা হামের সকল কেস রিপোর্ট।

সর্বজনীন জনস্বাস্থ্য পরিসংখ্যান

স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তরের (DGHS) পাবলিক প্রেস রিলিজ (https://dghs.gov.bd) থেকে সংকলিত জাতীয় ও জেলাভিত্তিক পরিসংখ্যান কোনো ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা নয়, তাই সেগুলো অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
